Get your visitors to build one-way links to your site by adding a small "AddThis" Bookmark, The benefit to your visitors is they can find you easily, use a portion of your content on their site, or quote your site. The benefits to you are a quality 1 way link to your site and great exposure.

Another more laborious & time consuming way to build links to your site & content is with Google Alerts. Sign up for Google Alerts with keywords that relate to your site content. When you receive the email from Google, hop over to the site that Google tells you is relevant, read the article, post a comment with a link to your site.

The key is to put your site out there in forums, blogs, and articles. As long as you have relevant comments the site moderator will approve your addition. Remember that you do not want to start spam linking. Your site content must be compatible with your comment post.

To see what links you have to your site use Yahoo's Site Explorer. This tool will allow you to see links that may not be seen on Google yet or Google deems them not sufficient to list. You can also add your site & site feed here.

Don't forget to use sites like Twitter, YouTube, Digg, MySpace, FaceBook, and LinkedIn to announce your site, new blog post, or article.

So you now know that I am an Affiliate Marketer...I market other people's products, and quite successfully too. However the key to becoming a great affiliate marketer is a great traffic program, a great autoresponder, a great squeeze page, a great tracking system, and of course your own website with a hosting company that offers link redirects.

123Clicks is one of the oldest traffic generation sites, I happen to be one the oldest still active members, I have a huge downline - made a goodly amount of money in one year and a piddly amount every year after. The reason not enough new members and a change in the rules...YOU HAVE TO BE AN UPGRADED MEMBER...OR you lose your spots in the cash generation system. I lost $700 when my membership downgraded 1x...so much for being an upgraded member. However I still enjoy enough hits per month from the site that I hold it as a current traffic generation. And they still pay a premium to free members for new members, that's cash in your paypal account. Advertise your 123Clicks website and earn $10 cash every time you signup a BasicPro account.

With the current wave of new traffic sites, sometimes you have to just try them out and sometimes you what to explore some of the older sites.

Logiscape Technologies has been around for a very long time.
The thing is when everything comes together its great, but when it doesn't and you question support - their support is not so great - long response times for payment issues. So I'm going to clue you in on a couple of things I've learned.
1. Upgrade to the highest level at the very beginning, don't do multiple upgrades, ie from free to level 1 and then to level 2 within the same month. You don't get the benefits and actually end up paying lots extra, with no additional compensation. They don't have any way to convert between levels, you know, like you pay only the difference between the 2 phases and keep the same renewal date. If you want to upgrade again - cancel your 1st membership upgrade on your original renewal date & start a new subscription. Cost me about $100 real bucks to find this one out. Be smart, & follow this advice.

2. Logibucks, transfer between TS25, HitPulse, Backbone Banners, Traffic Pods and TrafficEra. Use the logibucks to buy additional traffic or upgrade (more expensive than a regular paypal subscription).

3. Surf all the sites daily, a minimum of 100 sites per day. Your personal value is the key to a good overall advertising response for your main income sites.

Incentives are a great way to add PV (personal value), if you have a downline then you should be showing your appreciation by kicking back to them. I have many upline sponsors that I don't hear 1 peep out of. Break the mold - be proactive - help your downline people grow.

In the next coming weeks, I will be creating a new incentive page for the traffic generation programs that I use consistently that create more traffic to my income sites and have good solid performance for good solid surfers.

Since the last post, I've run across several very good sites for free.

All you have to do is signup and start promoting.

The 1st one is mostly ads with some custom content areas that you can update fairly quickly and it is from 1Affiliate, click here to view this site.

The last one is profitmart, it is a free trial period then it starts charging but by then you should be making enough in referral money from google, amazon, and clickbank to pay the $19.98 a month.

Now don't forget that putting any site with google ads in them on traffic generators is probably a good way to get your google ads revenue and site lost. So I suggest that you make a static page without google ads for the traffic generators - a quick tease and then if the person continues on to your full site, it's ok. That way the clicks to the site from the static page are good ones because the person is interested.
